KWIKMART MINUTES - PRIVACY POLICY

This policy covers the three Kwikmart Minutes apps: Kwikmart (for customers),
Kwikmart Store Partner (for shops) and Kwikmart Delivery (for delivery
partners). It explains what each one collects, why, and what we never do with
it.


WHAT WE COLLECT, AND WHY

Mobile number
  It is how you sign in - we text a one-time code to it. It is also how we
  reach you about an order, a payment or a receipt.

Name
  Printed on the order so the delivery partner knows who to hand it to.

Delivery address and location
  To find shops near enough to serve you and to guide the delivery partner to
  your door. Location is used only while you are setting or confirming an
  address, or while a delivery is in progress.

Order history
  To show you past orders, handle returns, and settle payments with shops and
  delivery partners.

Notification token
  A device identifier from Google, used only to deliver order updates to your
  phone.

Bank or UPI details
  Only from shops and delivery partners, only to pay them what they have
  earned.

Identity documents
  Only from shops and delivery partners who apply to join, as required to
  verify who we are paying.

CONTACTS

When you add a delivery address you may tap the contacts icon to fill in a
receiver's name and number. This opens your phone's own contact list. The app
never reads your contacts. Android returns only the single entry you choose,
and nothing else is seen or stored.


WHAT WE NEVER DO

- We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
- We do not track your location in the background when no delivery is in
  progress.
- We do not read your SMS. The login code fills itself in using Google's SMS
  User Consent service, which shows you a prompt and passes us that one
  message only.
- We do not read your contacts, photos, files or call history.


WHO ELSE SEES IT

Only where it is needed to complete what you asked for:

- The shop filling your order sees the items and your first name - not your
  phone number.
- The delivery partner bringing it sees your name, address and a contact
  number, until the delivery is finished.
- Our service providers - Google Firebase (sign-in and notifications),
  Supabase (our database), and MSG91 (SMS delivery in India) - process data on
  our behalf under their own security obligations.

All data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).


HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Your account and its orders are kept while your account exists. Records of
money that changed hands - receipts, payouts, settlements - are kept for as
long as Indian accounting rules require, even after an account is closed,
because they are financial records rather than personal ones.


YOUR CHOICES

- Notifications can be switched off in the app or in Android settings at any
  time.
- Location can be refused; you can type an address instead.
- Delete your account: write to us at the address below and we will delete
  your account and personal details within 30 days, keeping only the financial
  records described above.


CHILDREN

These apps are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly
collect data from children.


CHANGES

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
Significant changes will also be announced in the app.
